The knife vibration motors at 6000RPM, the vacuum control by digital driver, the possibility to set different cutting options and intelligent knife allows top precision and cutting reliability. Serkon MN 2 MINI MASTER
MN2 Mini-Master allows spreading of the full range of available fabrics: from very delicate, thin, elastic, and difficult to spread, to thick, heavy fabrics like denim. Thanks to the servo motor is driven fabric and main motors, It provides more precious and dynamic spreading. The machine is equipped with a cradle with a belt feeding, double solid PVC belt (not parallel stripes), which guarantees perfect and even grip throughout the fabric width. Electronically controlled “dancer bar” and encoder are available for “tension-free” spreading. The machine is equipped with a user-friendly Industrial PC 10.5” Touch Screen Display in where all marker information is available. Intelligent Reporting System is delivering hard data for analyzing spreader activity and production. A graphical report is also included. Optionally allows the operator to see the patterns through the projector.

Serkon MJ 1 MASTER JEAN
MJ1 MASTER JEANS designed for heavy fabrics, eg. jeans or other heavy textile fabrics. Automatic machine equipped with a cradle-feed system with belts, direct-drive driving system, operator platform, and intuitive, easy-to-use color touchscreen. All four wheels of the spreading machine are driven. The machine is equipped with an automatic fabric edge alignment system. Tensionless spreading of fabrics assures perfect quality over the whole height of the spread marker. Automatic cutting of each spread layer. In standard configuration, the machine is delivered with an automatic end cutter

Due to light beam and skeleton aluminium design combined with a high frequency knife the TURBOCUT is the fastest cutter in its category. Due to it‘s light weight construction a head acceleration of 1,3 G can be achieved. The TURBOCUT performs up to 25 mm cut height with a vertical high frequency oscillating knife.
